Welcome!  My name is Joy Acaso, a wife and mom of 2. I grew up not knowing how to talk about emotions. And when emotions did come up, all I felt were guilt and shame. I had no idea how to handle any of it. I became one of those people who try to ignore or hide their feelings. It was only after many years that I found out that wasn’t the best way to live. Now as an Anxiety Support Coach, I work alongside families who want to foster a great relationship with one another. I have been in the counseling and coaching field for more than 20 years. I am on a mission to empower parents towards resilience so they can do the same for their family.
